Head of Marketplace & Talent @ Sheffield Doc/Fest since Jan 2017. Oversee the industry programme for the festival. Match-making filmmakers with projects in development with international industry Decision/Makers (funders, financiers, distributors, sales agents, etc). Programming industry sessions, round-tables, festival meetings. Also oversee the festival's year-round talent development programmes. Formerly Distribution Manager at Dogwoof from 2012-16, I have worked closely with filmmakers, producers and partners on a diverse slate of over 100 documentary releases. At Dogwoof I was responsible for delivering high-impact campaigns for around 15-20 theatrical releases per year. My role involved theatrical sales, marketing, communications, partnerships, promotions, events, audience engagement, outreach, campaign planning and film positioning plus P&A budget management for theatrical and non-theatrical distribution.
