I am an experienced and skilled professional with a portfolio spanning 21 years and have a breadth of experience working across the cultural third sector. I have excellent strategic vision and a track record of producing, managing and delivering high-quality arts and therapeutic programmes for people of all ages, stages and backgrounds.
I possess a unique blend of creative, strategic, personnel and equityfocussed skills. I am passionate about the power of creativity, and am highly-skilled in developing artistic and therapeutic processes that haveinnovated experience, challenged environments and transformed people.
Recently in the exhibition sector, I took the role of Public Engagement Coordinator, Glasgow Film: GFT and Glasgow Film Festivals (2015-2022) and I currently advise on the Independent Cinema Office's Screening Days panel.
I have a strong track-record in; developing best-practice models of person-centred engagement; achieving positive results for individuals, groups and communities; creating diverse and sustainable audience and community development strategies; management leadership within organisational reform and change management.
I am also a qualified Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapist, and so, my extensive skill set garnered through my arts engagement portfolio iscomplemented by my therapeutic practice, giving me the advantage to consult with experience on: creative, psychotherapeutic and person-centred engagement practices, to enhance both myself and the organisations I work with.
